Motiff has shut down — where mobile designers should go next
Motiff has been discontinued. A banner on its own pricing page says data export is available until 31 October 2026, and the footer now links to 'Export old Motiff editor files'. If you have work in there, exporting it is the urgent part. Choosing a replacement can wait a week; your files cannot.
The short answer
Export first, choose second. Motiff's export window closes on 31 October 2026, and once it does, whatever is left behind is gone — that deadline matters far more than which tool you move to. On the replacement: Motiff's paid tier exported HTML and React and copied generated UI to Figma, which is a web-shaped hand-off, so if your work was websites and dashboards, a web-first tool is the honest like-for-like. floow.design is the right move only if what you were actually making in Motiff was mobile app screens, because that is all it does.

First: get your files out before 31 October 2026
Motiff's own pricing page carries a red banner reading 'Motiff has been discontinued. Data export is available until October 31, 2026', with an 'Export now' link. The site footer carries a second entry, 'Export old Motiff editor files'. Both are still live as of 21 September 2026.
Do that before you evaluate anything. Export windows do not usually get extended, and the cost of missing one is not inconvenience — it is the permanent loss of whatever you did not pull down. On the free tier the export was images (PNG, JPEG and WebP); on Pro it also included Copy to Figma, HTML and React code, and IDE-ready project ZIPs. Take the richest format your account allows, and take it now.
Only once that is done is it worth reading the rest of this page.
Work out what you were actually using it for
Motiff was a general product-UI tool. Its export targets were HTML, React and IDE-ready ZIPs, which is a web-shaped hand-off, and its own marketing spoke about 'UIs' rather than app screens specifically.
That matters for choosing a replacement, because a lot of Motiff work was websites and dashboards. If that describes yours, be honest about it: floow.design will be the wrong tool, because it draws mobile app screens and nothing else. Magic Patterns, Figma Make and v0 are closer like-for-like for web output, and this site has comparisons against the first two.
If what you were making in Motiff was genuinely app screens — phone frames, onboarding flows, tab bars — then a mobile-only tool is a straightforward upgrade rather than a lateral move, because the platform conventions stop being something you have to prompt for.
What carries over if you move to floow.design

What changes is the code target. Motiff gave you HTML and React; floow gives you Flutter, React Native, SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose. For a native mobile team that is an improvement; for a web team it is a regression, and you should weigh it that way rather than take our word for it.
What you will miss
The free tier. Motiff's Starter gave 100 credits and up to 10 UIs a month at no cost. floow.design grants 150 credits once — three screens — rather than a monthly allowance, so it is a trial rather than a replacement for what Motiff gave away each month.
The price. $16 a month for 1,000 credits was cheap. floow's entry plan is $9.99 but Starter, the tier most people land on, is $17.49.
Web output. If any part of your Motiff work was websites, nothing on this page replaces that, and it would be dishonest to pretend otherwise.
