How do I contact floow.design support?

Use the form above, or email hello@floow.design directly — both reach the same mailbox, and it is monitored by a person. You can expect a reply within one business day. Including your account email and what you were doing when something went wrong gets you a useful answer on the first reply rather than the third.

How quickly will I get a response?

Accepted Answer

Usually within one business day. Billing problems — a payment that failed, a charge that looks wrong, a plan that did not change — are treated as urgent and answered first.

Question 3

My payment failed. What happens to my plan?

Accepted Answer

Nothing. A failed payment during a plan change leaves your existing plan exactly as it was — you are not downgraded and not charged. If your plan does look wrong after a failed payment, write in and we will correct it directly.

Question 4

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Open Billing from your profile menu and use Manage subscription, which takes you to the Stripe billing portal. If that does not open for any reason, write in and we will cancel it for you and confirm in writing.

Can I get a refund?

Tell us what happened. If you were charged for something you did not use or did not intend to buy, we would rather fix it than argue about it.
