Welcome to floow.design. By using our AI-powered mobile app design platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Use of Service
floow.design provides an AI-powered platform for designing mobile applications. You may use our service to create, edit, and export mobile app designs for personal or commercial use in accordance with your subscription plan.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Intellectual Property
Designs you create using floow.design belong to you. Our platform, including its AI models, templates, and interface, remains our intellectual property.
Payments & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing page. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings. Cancelling stops future charges — on its own it does not refund a charge already made, which is covered by the refund policy below.
Refund Policy
You have 3 days from the date of a charge to request a refund for it. After those 3 days the charge is final and no part of it will be refunded.
A refund requested inside the 3-day window is pro rata on your unused credits. Credits you have already spent are not refundable. We refund only the value of the credits still left on your account at the moment we process the request.
For example: you are charged $20 for a plan that grants 1,000 credits. You spend 300 of them and then request a refund on day 2. The 700 unused credits are refunded, so you receive $14. The 300 credits you used are not refunded.
This applies to subscription charges and to one-off credit and export purchases alike. To request a refund, email hello@floow.design from the address on your account before the 3 days are up.
Limitation of Liability
floow.design is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
